Refund Policy

1. 14-day refunds

Full refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@wtmemory.com from your order email address with your order ID and we will approve the refund through Dodo Payments. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or UPI provider.

2. After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case - for example duplicate purchases, a second key bought by accident, or a genuine technical failure we cannot fix. License keys are lifetime products, so change-of-mind refunds outside the window are not guaranteed but we will always try to be fair.

3. What happens to the license

Refunded keys are deactivated and their device slots are released. The app on your Mac reverts to the free tier plus a fresh look at the trial state - monitoring and inspection keep working.

4. Lost your key? No refund needed

1. Search your inbox for the Dodo Payments receipt - the key is in the email.
2. Open the Dodo customer portal with your order email to view or resend your key.
3. Still stuck? Email support@wtmemory.com from your order address and we will look it up and free up a device slot if you hit the 3-Mac limit.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback - it is slower for you and risks your key being revoked automatically. A direct email gets you a refund in days, not weeks.
