WTMemory does not create accounts, does not use cookies or tracking SDKs, and does not transmit your RAM, disk, process, or file data anywhere. Scanning and cleaning happen locally with standard macOS APIs and user permissions.
When you activate Pro, the app sends your license key and your Mac's device name to Dodo Payments license servers to verify the purchase. This is the app's only network request, and it happens only during activation, periodic re-validation, and deactivation. No file contents or usage data are included.
Payments, receipts, GST/VAT invoices, and card data are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Your card details never touch WTMemory or our servers. Dodo's own privacy policy applies to checkout - see dodopayments.com. Dodo emails your license key to the address you provide at checkout.
This site is a static page with no accounts, no comments, and no cross-site trackers. If you contact support by email, we keep your message only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Since we store no personal data from the app, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. For purchase records held by Dodo Payments, contact Dodo or forward your request to us and we will route it. To deactivate a license from a lost or sold Mac, use the in-app Deactivate button or email support and we will free the slot.
WTMemory is a general system utility not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change and material updates will be noted on the homepage. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
